Regular Training Night (Sept 25th)/Fundraising Weekend (Sept 26-28)

Hello Cadets/Parents,
This week will be a regular training night. Dress for the night is C5 (Field Training Uniform; Greens); if no FTU's -> C3 (Blues with tunic and tie); if neither -> black pants, white shirt, and black shoes. Cadets must bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the evening and ensure that they have eaten a substantial meal prior to arriving at cadets to reduce to the minimize the effects of exhaustion!

FALL FUNDRAISING WEEKEND (SEP 26-28)
Tag Days are a vital part of the fundraising that helps keep your cadet’s program running at no cost to you. While we do receive some financial assistance from the Department of National Defence, the funds raised through our tagging events are an essential component of our annual budget. Please refer to the attached information letter on TEAMS. Please return the signup sheet NO LATER THAN SEP 18TH
FALL FIELD TRAINING EXERCISE (OCT 4-5)
27 RCACS will participate in an Aircrew Survival training exercise as part of the required elemental training program. Cadets will participate in activities that develop competency in a survival skills in the field. Please refer to the attached consent letter for more details on TEAMS and return it NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 25TH.
FALL GLIDING FAMILIARIZATION DAY (OCT 19)
Cadets will participate in the fall gliding familiarization and have the opportunities to go flying! Only 40 spots are available. Sign up will be based on established priority lists from the previous training year.
CADET365 AND WEEKLY ROUTINE ORDERS
It is important that you are checking your Cadet365 Outlook and Microsoft Teams regularly to ensure you are receiving the most up-to-date information. Each week, weekly routine orders will be distributed via email detailing the upcoming week's training along with any additional information for upcoming events and activities. It is expected that ALL cadets read this document.
