Hello Cadets and Parents/Guardians,

ACR practice will continue this week. Dress is C5 (FTUs). Cadets must bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the evening and ensure that they have eaten a substantial meal prior to arriving at cadets to reduce to the minimize the effects of exhaustion.
